My world revolves around my family, COS Phones, and the incredible team we’ve built along the way.
In 2005, at just 25 years old, Jerry left Toronto for New York City with $120 in his pocket, an unshakable passion for building relationships, and the car he called home for six weeks. Within a year, he founded COS Phones — now one of North America’s leading reverse logistics companies with a global footprint.
Today, Jerry continues to work tirelessly to strengthen the service commitment, integrity, and relationships that define COS Phones’ success. He also dedicates his time to numerous charitable causes and serves on the Board of Directors for Curing Kids Cancer.

Our Team
Harsh Shah
Harsh Shah has been an integral part of COS Phones’ growth story since 2014, when a mutual friend introduced him to Jerry and brought him on board. He started his journey in the warehouse, working on the eBay department known as PayDeals. From there, Harsh steadily broadened his scope—moving into marketing, then sales, then rising to Sales Director. Through a combination of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, he ultimately earned the role of President. Under his stewardship, COS Phones has continued to expand its reach, refine its operations, and strengthen its position in the secondary wireless industry.
